New at Jodi Arnold

I have to say, I am always a sucker for subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) embellishments. I found these fabulous two pieces from one of my favorite designers Jodi Arnold, that are sure to add a little sometime to your fall wardrobe. Not to be worn together, is the 'Kimberly Embellished Cuff' ($198.00), and the 'Kimberly Embellished Sweater' ($395.00).

The embroidery is inspired by the paintings of the Western Australian Aboriginal people of the Kimberly region, and consists of oxidized metal sequins, brass studs $ semi-precious stones.

Earrings that make a statement!

I wrote about Seville Michelle Anastos' unique epaulet collection a couple months ago... well now she has an amazing bamboo earring collection wrapped in leather, and again it is like nothing else out there! So far singers Ciara and Beyonce have all been spotted wearing them - and they no doubt make such a statement. Check out my two favorites below:

EM Clothing Collection Launches

Emerson Fry (of EmersonMade) recently launched her fabulous debut clothing line, EM Collection, and I seriously can't speak higher of it. The New Hampshire-based designer has created some amazing vintage inspired staples, that perfectly transition wardrobes from summer to fall.

Some of her pieces include high-waisted denim jeans, a silk dot blouse with a feminine necktie ribbon, and a 1960's inspired tweed jacket to name a few. Prices range from $78-$400.

Show Off Your Bra

I have so many low cut shirts and tanks, whether it be a neckline or side cut - well now, the brand Top Secret has designed a collection of bra's that are totally meant to be exposed. They are designed with pretty embellishments like sequins, lace, patterns, and shimmer and are a perfect classy way to pull off the sexy 'peek-a-boo' trend. Prices range from around $38-$60.

Elizabeth and James Pop-Up Shop?!

One of my favorite brands Elizabeth and James is creating its first ever pop-up shop for Fashion's Night Out - and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will be there! It will be located in an amazing West Village location - 632 Hudson St. (between Horatio and Jane) - and is definitely worth checking out. I know I will be there.

Piperlime Pop-Up Store in NYC!

Piperlime is launching its first pop-up store in SoHo (93 Mercer St. at Spring) starting this September 9-October 3 to align with New York Fashion Week.
The pop-up store will include an edited assortment of the top fall styles, including brands like Marc by Marc Jacobs, Frye, Cynthia Vincent, AG Adriano and more. It will also include tips on how to wear the season's trends, and favorite picks from fashion editor and stylist Rachel Zoe.

Piperlime will celebrate the opening of their pop-up store by hosting an in-store event during Fashion's Night Out on September 10th where customers will get the chance to meet and get styling advice from Rachel Zoe and also take photos with the cast of Project Runway!

For the 'Football Fan' in us all!

For the social football fan like myself, Victoria's Secret PINK has joined forces with the NFL to create a new cute collection of co-branded merchandise. The collection includes tees, sweats, hodies, and tanks and features the names and logos of practically every team...but for my New Yorkers, here are a couple great options!

And I guess if you want to surprise your boyfriend, they even have team 'Hipster Panties' (3/$24.99)... And just in case you didn't know, the season kicks off September 9th! :)

Protect You Hair

We all know how badly chlorine can damage your hair. Well I came across this great product that I wish I had found earlier this summer - TRISWIM Hair & Body which protects your hair from damaging chlorine exposure in pools. You can get this salon quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash that washes away the chlorine, and hydrates your hair and skin with organic aloe vera, vitamins A, E and provitamin B5 - meaning softer hair with a beautiful shine.

CALI Tanks

I recently received this fabulous basic tank by the lovely people at CALI, and already it has become a wardrobe staple for me. What is unique, is it has a hidden figure physique bra incorporated into the top (that goes for their dresses too) that makes for a comfortable, but flattering look - even for those larger chested ladies. And it comes in so many different colors.

I haven't yet been able to find a store in New York that carries them, but they fit true to size, and you can buy them online at CaliClothing.com.
