Model Selita Ebanks looks fabulous in her $600 Sir Alistair Rai Caftan, but I especially love her braided necklace from Melania Trump's Timepiece & Jewelry collection for QVC - and it's only $39.00!!

UPDATE: I got the necklace on QVC and it is absolutely amazing - I get so many compliments. It goes great with a simple dress (especially white) and also looks cute with a basic top and fun, dressy shorts or skirts.

Thick Knits

Thick knits are a definite trend this fall, and UGG Australia has some great options! Their cashmere and wool collection mixes boyfriend silhouettes with creamy colors and charming details - super cozy, and perfect to throw over any daytime outfit. Michael Bastian is launching his first female collection this Spring 2011, and it looks pretty amazing. The 53-piece collection is preppy with a sexy attitude, from a seersucker dress with lace overlay to a cropped boxy boyfriend shirt. The collection is planned to launch at top Gany stores worldwide, as well as specialty stores such as Barneys, Saks, Scoop, as well as other boutiques and will be presented in full during New York Fashion Week in September.

The women's line is priced at wholesale from $65 to $130 for shirts and blouses; $220 to $325 for blazers; $65 to $130 for skirts, pants and shorts; $65 for sweaters, and up to $130 for cashmere pieces, WWD reports.

I absolutely love this Sir Alistair Rai & Satya Rai Goa Asymmetrical Caftan ($296.00 on sale). It is so sexy, especially with the shoulder-bearing cut. It looks great worn loose or belted, and is perfect for a hot summer night - definitely a show stopper!

Hunter Dixon Launches Website

I got so much positive feedback regarding the recent launch of Hunter Dixon's Spring/Summer collection - and they have recently launched a fabulous new website offering tons of amazing chic pieces that will fit every girls taste - a little less classically preppy than what we have seen before before.

Currently the Hunter Dixon brand consists of sleek pants, structured dresses, tailored jackets and classic blouses, and is exclusively available online. However this Fall 2010 Hunter Dixon plans to unveil their brand on nearly 100 boutiques nationwide and select Saks Fifth Avenue locations.
