Michael Bastian is launching his first female collection this Spring 2011, and it looks pretty amazing. The 53-piece collection is preppy with a sexy attitude, from a seersucker dress with lace overlay to a cropped boxy boyfriend shirt. The collection is planned to launch at top Gany stores worldwide, as well as specialty stores such as Barneys, Saks, Scoop, as well as other boutiques and will be presented in full during New York Fashion Week in September.
The women's line is priced at wholesale from $65 to $130 for shirts and blouses; $220 to $325 for blazers; $65 to $130 for skirts, pants and shorts; $65 for sweaters, and up to $130 for cashmere pieces, WWD reports.
