Today, Saks Fifth Avenue is launching in-store shoe boutiques with new designers from emerging talent. The tightly edited selections of stilettos, sandals and flats will include the likes of Diego Dolcini, Gianvito Rossi, Jonathan Kelsey, Rupert Sanderson, and Heather Williams in the Manhattan flagship and the Beverly Hills store. "Saks has always believed in developing new talent," said Cody Kondo, senior VP and general merchandise manager for accessories. "Our merchant team shopped the market exhaustively, looking for designers with innovative ideas whose shoes pushed trends forward."
