Rumor's sparked after Sarah Jessica Parker was seen stepping out in looks from Halston on the Sex and the City 2 set, and now it looks like a reality - SJP will be taking on an active design role, possibly even that of creative director, for Halston Heritage, the company's just-launched secondary collection that features updated archival Halston pieces at contemporary price points, WWD reports.

As you know SJP is no stranger to fashion, aside from her iconic role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, she also launched her own, now former affordable clothing line, Bitten, for Steve & Barry's. WWD also reports that the deal also includes "an equity stake or some other executive role" for the actress, although nothing has been confirmed.
